Winners of the 6/42 Ultra lotto jackpot may pick their rewards at the PCSO head office, which is situated at 605 Conservatory Bldg., Shaw Blvd. Mandaluyong City, Corner Priceton St.

The TRAIN Law states that the lottery reward is taxable.
